My Plans For Rhode Island

Remember, the Governor doesn’t have unlimited power in Rhode Island. But that doesn’t mean nothing gets done. Here’s what I will do to push for change, hold the system accountable, and deliver real results.
What I Won’t Do
I won’t make promises I can’t keep
I won’t pretend the Governor controls everything
I won’t speak like a career politician
What I Will Do
1: I will create a Governor’s Office of Accountability to audit state spending, support whistleblowers, and publicly expose where taxpayer money is being wasted, while pushing for a fully independent Inspector General.
2: I will require merit-based hiring, clear performance standards, and accountability across state government, ensuring every hire and promotion is based on results, not politics.
3: I will support state law enforcement with the resources they need to target violent and gang-related crime, and restore safety in Rhode Island communities.
4: I will work with federal authorities to ensure that individuals in the country illegally who commit serious crimes are identified and removed, while prioritizing housing and healthcare resources for Rhode Islanders, including seniors and veterans.
5: l will push the General Assembly to lower costs, reduce regulation, and make Rhode Island a place where businesses can grow and hire.
6: I support education reform that expands school choice, increases access to trade and technical programs, and keeps classrooms focused on learning and student success.
7. I also believe in protecting the rights that matter to Rhode Islanders, including the Second Amendment.
That means supporting responsible ownership, respecting the law, and ensuring those rights are preserved while keeping our communities safe.
